What is Marabel Press?

A monthly snail mail subscription. Sign up your loved one (or yourself) to receive a beautiful envelope in the mail every month, filled with a letter, a puzzle, activities, and paper goods designed to bring a little joy to an ordinary day.

Who is this for?

Anyone you want to brighten the month for, like your mom, your grandma, your grandpa, your dad, your aunt, or your neighbour. The person who lit up your childhood and deserves something in return. Contents of the care package are especially tailored to women 55+ (with large font and themes they'll love), but anyone will love our packages!

How does it work?

You sign up and enter the recipient's mailing address. We send them a curated envelope every month. The contents change monthly, but always include a letter, a puzzle, and a few other fun goodies.

Do they know it's from me?

We encourage you to give them a heads up that something's coming in the mail. In their first envelope, we'll also send a welcome card explaining what it is and the including the first name of the person who signed them up.

When will they receive their first envelope?

If you sign up before the 1st of the month, they'll receive that month's envelope (mailed at least by the second week of the month). If you sign up after the 1st, they'll receive the following month's envelope.

Can I cancel?

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. Prepaid 6 and 12-month bundles are non-refundable but you can change the recipient's address or cancel anytime.

Can I change the mailing address?

Yes. Just email us at ellen@marabelpress.com before the 5th of the month and we'll update it for the next envelope.

What if the envelope doesn't arrive?

Email us at ellen@marabelpress.com and we'll either resend it or refund that month. We want your person to get their mail.
